"Last Thursday a crowd of 40-50 came down to Rock Central at Ellaways Underwood Auditorium to see three bands go through their paces.
....up was Switchback which includes members of formerly well-known Brisbane band Switch. The guys took us through a real musical smorgasboard of material from Procul Harem to the Easybeats and winding up with the Ramones. A typical energetic performance from lead singer Kevin Williams (aka Master Blaster) was backed up with quality playing from a very competent group of players."

Seriously, there are two sides to live music: one is the music (20%) and the other is the show (80%). All you guys that look at each other instead of the audience beware: a good show will trump a good muso every time!
Kevin knows how audiences work, and that is worth more than musical ability. I know, I have been a bass player forever and I've seen it: there has to be a show.
Miss this at your peril. A century from now these principles will still apply. Give them a show!!!!!"
