Hammer
Hammer -- full name JackHammer Zeppelin. My name came from the days when all I played was loud and heavy like a jackhammer or Led Zeppelin. But that's not true, Shane from my Urban Jungle days called me that 'cause of my Jimmy Page and Ritchie Blackmore style leads and riffing....., but my love is of songs with emotion and feeling...with that something special.
That's why I like SwitchBack being together (again). We do all those great songs with the right harmonies. Just see our song list. And it's growing with yet more classic rock favourites.
My bands that Lived In The Past:
Hybrid (1975-1979) on the Sunshine Coast, Qld
Switch (1983-1989)
Urban Jungle (1989-1992)
Pete & Wal (a duo with sequencer, 1996-1997)
Hammers favourite artists include: Yes, John McLaughlin, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Beatles, Roy Orbison, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Return to Forever, Pink Floyd, The Who, .. and the list goes on and on, and on and on and on...if it's played well and produced well, Hammer loves it.
